Hi, I lived here in the SF Bay Area for about a year, but i'm now living in Hawai'i (island of O'ahu) as of May '06.

Some things that are important to me: * Recycling and living naturally * Fitness of both mind and body (still working on this) * Mostly vegetarian diet (i eat some chicken & fish) * Good relationships * Rarely drinking; tobacco and drug free * Finding a fulfilling job (just left a well paying but boring one) * Living in a place with wonderful photography opportunities

    hows life??? btw, im taking a cruise to hawaii in about 3 weeks! im SO stoked! :D any good places to recommend (since youre all 'native' now--full grown resident hehe)? we want to do our own "shore excursions", so if you know of any companies that do cheap island tours (i.e., volcano walks, hula dancing or waterfall hunting) let me know! ill be indebted to you forever! well, for at least the time we are there :)

    Glad to hear that you're safe. My professor just moved to Hawaii this year, and the glass in his house was shattered by the quake. Tough for an old guy with his wife to be doing up the house again after a very exhausting move this year.

    Sounds like you're having a lot of fun; I'm glad for you. Enjoy the tropical fruits but go easy on the bbq stuff. If you see how the other Hawaiian men look like, you know you gotta watch your diet. lol. I've been super busy with work.
